- My name is Whitney Gailey. I am very excited to be living my dream of having my own Wedding Business. When I was a little girl my Grandma decorated weddings and I can remember going and watching and loving every minute of the whole process. Ever since then I have always had a passion for weddings. I believe that every person deserves a beautiful wedding no matter their budget so my goal in my business is to make that happen. I am willing to work with peoples budgets to make their dreams come true! I chose the name "Bliss" becasue the definition is "a state of extreme happiness".
